Indiana Company to Expand in Mt. Pleasant

A company from Indiana that makes plastic pipe for agriculture and highway projects is preparing to open a facility in Mt. Pleasant. FRATCO out of Francesville, Indiana has hired a plant manager and is making training arrangements with Southeastern Community College.
