September was another dry month. Only 1.95 inches of precipitation fell, with an inch of that falling on the 4th day of the month.
The warmest temperature recorded was 99 degrees on September 2nd during the Old Threshers Reunion. The coolest temp was 36 degrees on the 15th and 16th.
The average high temperature was 74.1 and the average low 49.1. We head into the final three months of the year hoping the weather cooperates for the harvest and fall tillage season, but also helps us begin building some sub soil moisture for the winter and spring months.
