The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has been hard at work as they’ve made another drug arrest this week. Anthony Moody of Keokuk is charged with Delivery of Cocaine, Second or Subsequent Offence. This is a class C felony and has a triple enhancement. Moody is also charged with Maintaining a Drug House and Possession of Marijuana Second or Subsequent and Possession of a Controlled Substance Third Offense, a class D felony. If convicted, these charges could lead to 39 years behind bars. This arrest comes after allegations that he was involved in cocaine distribution in the county.
