Intersection Will Go Back to 4 Way Stop

Rural residents living in the vicinity of the Marsh Avenue /235th street intersection presented the Henry County supervisors with a petition yesterday. The petition requested the county make the intersection a four way stop again. The residents said the intersection presents more of a safety concern since it was switched to a two way stop. After a presentation by three of the residents, the county engineer recommended re-installing the two stops signs that had been removed and the supervisors agreed.
