The call is out for mentors. In Henry County, there is a waiting list for children wanting to be matched with a mentor. Even if you can’t make a long-term commitment, you can still make a difference. Club M will host “Mentor for the Day” at the Rec Center on Saturday, November 17th. It will run from 11 am to 3:30 pm and will include games, swimming, group activities and lunch. You can mentor a youth for just an afternoon with no longer commitment needed. To be a mentor, you must pre-register with the Henry County Mentoring program.
