Tuesday the Henry County supervisors passed the tentative agreement with the Sheriff’s department union. It was agreed that employees would receive a 1.5% increase the first two years of the contract and a 1% increased the third and fourth years. If the supervisors approve a greater salary increase for elected county officials during that time then the sheriff’s department employees will receive the same.
