The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra will present their popular “Kidsymphony Concert for Families” on Saturday.  There will be three locations.  The first will be held at 11 am at Indian Hills Community College St. John Auditorium.  The next will be in Mt. Pleasant at 2 pm in IWC’s Chapel Auditorium and final one will be held at 4:30 in Burlington’s Capitol Theater.  The theme this year is “The Beat Goes On: Rhythm and Music.”  This funny and memorable concert is a must for families with young children.  It introduces children and their parents to the symphony orchestra and will include musical instrument demonstrations and the opportunity for the audience to participate.  Kids can even bring their own instruments or borrow one at the door.  The performance will last around 45 minutes and children of all ages are encouraged to attend.  Tickets will be available at the door.  Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for kids.
