The City of Mt. Pleasant has announced phase three of their sewer smoking project. The project will focus on homes west of Main Street, North of Yocum Lane, south of Burlington Northern and East of Carnahan and will start today. This sewer smoking project could lead to smoke in your basement. If you live in that area and see smoke coming from your basement, the Public Works Department.
