With all of the election talk, are you sure where your polling place is? Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz would like to remind citizens of a great service offered. No longer do you have to pull out the voting map, getting the information is as simple as a click mouse clicks. Go to sos.iowa.gov. That will take you to the main page, once there you will see the option “Am I registered to vote.” You simply have to put in your first and last name and your zip code and the page will tell you if you are, in fact, registered to vote as well as your voting precinct number and location, complete with maps. If you have moved between counties, it is requested that you pre-register ten days for the election. If you’ve missed that deadline, Election Day Registration is still available.
