Cecil Eugene Foster, 76, of Lockridge, IA, died Saturday, November 03, 2012, at his home.
Visitation will begin after 12 noon on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at the Olson~Powell Memorial Chapel, Mt. Pleasant, IA, where the family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. that evening. Funeral services will be held at the Memorial Chapel, on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., with Rev. Alfred Kruse officiating. Burial will be in New Sweden Lutheran Cemetery.
