Charlotte A. Smith, 83, of Farmington, passed away at 10:30 P.M. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.
Friends may call after 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington the family will meet with friends from 5-7:00 P.M. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday January 30, 2013 at the Farmington United Methodist Church with Pastor Goldie Laymon officiating. Burial will be in the Greenglade Cemetery in Farmington.
