Board Members are needed for the Mt. Pleasant Cal Ripken League baseball organization. They need people to serve so Mt. Pleasant youth can experience baseball during the summer months. At this time 5-10 new board members are needed.
There are some very positive reasons why persons should serve on the board.
1. The organization is financially sound so there is not a money issue to deal with.
2. Responsibilities are split up between board members to make the work load light.
3. Meetings are held once a month.
4. No weekend activity. All our games are done during the week.
If you or if you know of someone that would be interested in serving.
Women and men are urged to volunteer for the board, you need not have children involved in the league to serve. To volunteer or to find out more details, contact Willy Amos by phone at 319-931-3130.
