The Mt. Pleasant Community School District has contracted with Ray and Associates to help conduct a superintendent search and interview process. An important component of increasing the probability of successfully hiring a “good fit” candidate is to develop a superintendent profile describing the traits and dispositions suited to the district and community needs. Ray and Associates will be hosting a series of stakeholder forums to survey and solicit stakeholder input for the development of the Mount Pleasant Superintendent Profile.
You are receiving this email to encourage your participation in our process and make you aware of your opportunities to provide input. Specifically, we wanted you to be aware of the Open Public forum which will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at 307 E. Monroe (second floor of the public library). At the forum, you will have an opportunity to fill out a survey and discuss your thoughts with representatives of Ray and Associates. This forum is your opportunity to have input into the direction for hiring our new superintendent.
