Written by on February 25, 2013 in News

The Henry County supervisors are in Louisa County this afternoon meeting with the other partners in a proposed Mental Health & Disability Services Region. The supervisors are expected to approve a letter of intent to officially form the region and set a time line for establishing a 28E agreement to be completed by the end of this year. The agreement would be between Henry, Des Moines, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa and Van Buren Counties. Another agenda item for this afternoon is the establishment of a committee of C.P.C.’s and supervisors to draft the 28E agreement and schedule monthly work sessions.
