The Henry County Sheriff’s office is investigating two burglaries. Richard Ellis of Mt. Pleasant reported that someone broke into his rented storage unit on Blackhawk Lane. According to Ellis a Harley Davidson is missing along with a grandmother clock, three roll around tool boxes and other misc. items. Russell Breazeale reported over the week the theft of a 1968 Wards Riverside motorcycle. Breazeale told authorizes the vehicle was taken from a farm outbuilding in the 2600 grid of Freemont Avenue. Anyone with information on either of these cases is asked to contact the sheriff’s office.
