The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk woman on felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Rebecca Rae Lake, 46,of 2624Cramer Lane, Keokuk, was arrested on March15that 2624 Cramer Lane on felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Lake is charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine in Excess of Five Grams, a class B felony, Maintaining a Drug House, an aggravated misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana, a serious misdemeanor, Possession of Methamphetamine, a serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. If convicted, Lake faces up to 29years and 30 days in a state correctional facility. The arrest of Lake stems from an investigationinto allegations that Lake was involved in the manufacture of methamphetamine Lee County. A search warrant was executed during this investigation and items that support the charges were found. The Lee County Attorney’s Office, Iowa State Patrol, Iowa State Penitentiary K9 Unit, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, and the Keokuk Police Department assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force in this investigation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
