KILJ Noon Weather Report

Written by on July 2, 2013 in News

June was a rather normal month here in S.E. Iowa. While some parts of the state had record rain fall and flooding the KILJ listening area ended up with 3.8 inches of rain. The average high temp was 79 degrees with the warmest reading recorded on the 13th and 28th of June at 88 degrees. The average low was 60 degrees with the coolest reading recorded on June 3rd at 44 degrees. Now we head into July a month busy with county fairs and tournament softball and baseball games. Another month of weather like June brought us would be welcomed.
