Two men who left the Mt. Pleasant Treatment Center have been apprehended after a police pursuit in northern Missouri.  David Mullin of Kirksville was allegedly driving a car stolen from Henry County when police spotted the vehicle near Queen City, Missouri Wednesday evening.  Police say that Mullin fled in that vehicle, at some points in the chase hitting speeds up to 90 miles per hour.  He lost control of the car and crashed, hitting a utility pole before coming to rest in a ditch.  The passenger in the car has been identified at Clint Loveall of Albia, had to be cut from the wreckage and is hospitalized in critical condition.  Mullin was treated for his injuries and is now charged with second-degree assault and tampering with a motor vehicle and remains in jail.  Mullin and Loveall were allegedly reported absent without person from the Iowa Residential Treatment Center in Mt. Pleasant.
