Mt. Pleasant is hoping to win the homecoming football game…..not theirs but Fairfield’s tonight.  M.P. lost their homecoming game last week to Centerville 37-16 and are now 0-5 overall and 0-2 in the district.  Fairfield felt the wrath of Williamsburg in a 56-14 loss on the road to drop their mark to 1-4 overall and 0-3 in the district. Mt. Pleasant will try once again to get their offense untracked, they continue to be last in class 3A in offensive production.  Fairfield also has struggled with offense, and will be starting a freshman quarterback tonight to try and spark some improvement.  Last year the Trojans won 33-10 over the Panthers.

The freshman teams play at 5 p.m. tonight, KILJ-FM 105.5 and kilj.com will bring you all the action of the varsity game beginning with the pregame show at 6:30 p.m.
