A Henry County jury in the Seth Techel first degree murder trial deadlocked on a verdict and the judge on the case, Daniel Wilson, granted a mistrial late Friday afternoon. This is the second murder trial of Techel. The Wapello County man was accused of first degree murder in the deaths of his wife and unborn child in May 2012. A Wapello County jury also deadlocked in February in the first trial. The prosecution says it will seek a third trial.
