MT. PLEASANT RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO CONSERVE WATER WHEN POSSIBLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THIS IS DUE TO A MECHANICAL FAILURE AT THE OAKLAND MILLS WATER TREATMENT PLANT. THERE IS CURRENTLY ADEQUATE WATER RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AND THE UTILITIES DOES NOT ANTICIPATE ANY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. SERVICE IS EXPECTED TO BE BACK TO NORMAL LATE IN THE WEEK.
