Daniel Scott Warner, 40, of rural Pilot Grove, Iowa passed away in the early morning Sunday,
February 16, 2014 at his home.
Born January 5, 1974 in Keosauqua, Iowa the son of Charles and Margaret (Marlette) Warner. On
May 16, 1998 he married Leslie Broemmer. They later divorced.
Survivors include his two children Delaney and Cooper, his parents Margaret Warner of Fort
Madison, Iowa and Charles and Charla Warner of Bonaparte, Iowa, his brothers and sisters Chuck
(Pam) Warner of Bonaparte, Iowa, Jennifer (Bi’) Balcerzak of New Berlin, Wisconsin, John
(Renee) Warner of Bonaparte, Iowa, Alan Wi’iams of Sommerset, Wisconsin, Susan Hines of
Bonaparte, Iowa and Lori (Steve) Loyd of Plainfield, I’inois, many nieces and nephews and his exwife
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and niece.
Daniel was a graduate of Fort Madison High School. He worked for Quality Plus Feeds in St. Paul,
Iowa. He wan an avid outdoorsman and hunter who loved to spend time in the woods with Delaney

in Donne’son where the family wi’ meet with !iends !om 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.that evening.
A Funeral Service wi’ be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Schmitz-Lynk
Funeral Home in Donne’son, Iowa with Pastor Larry Wagner officiating.
Fo’owing the Service, his body wi’ be cremated and a private family burial wi’ be held at a later
date at the Bonaparte Cemetery.
