KILJ will be broadcasting the game live beginning at 6:30 p.m. with our pregame shows, kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.

The Winfield Mt. Union Wolves had a 3-6 record last year, they opened the 2013 season with a 30-22 win over Iowa Valley. They open the 2014 season with Iowa Valley again, and are hoping for the same result. Coach Scott McCarty says his squad has done a lot of hard work in the off season to make themselves bigger and stronger and he sees an improvement in his teams speed because of the work. The Wolves will continue to run the option on offense hoping to put a few more points on the board. Defensively with the talent they have returning and some talented newcomers,

Coach McCarty feels his team could compete for a playoff spot from their district.
