    ABATE Supporting Businesses Ride

    ABATE District #18 supporting business ride starts at 11 am at the Sunspot in Morning Sun. Signup is $5 for member, $7 for non-members. The ride consists of seven stops with riders choosing their stops based on supporting businesses in southeast Iowa and West Central Illinois. All riders will meet at Hot Toddies at 6 pm. Proceeds raised go to ABATE to help with special events.

    HC Heritage Trust Trivia Night

    The first annual Henry County Heritage Trust Trivia Night will be held at Jerry’s Restaurant. Doors open at 6 with questions beginning at 6:45. The majority of the questions will focus on the city, county and state’s people, place and events. Cost is $150 per table or $20 per person. A grazing buffet is available by freewill offering. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. There will be a silent auction and cash prizes. Proceeds benefit the Henry County Heritage Trust projects and the Donald Young Memorial Room.
