Drivers in Des Moines County will need to find another route around a road closure beginning this morning.
85th Avenue will close at 8 a.m. today, Tuesday, September 29, for a culvert replacement. The closure is approximately 500 feet north of 16229 85th Avenue.
The road is expected to reopen by 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, weather permitting.
Des Moines County is asking drivers for patience while the road work is completed.
