Noon today is the deadline to register for the HCHC Diabetes Education Center’s free pre-diabetes class that will be held September 19 from noon to 1 pm.  Call 319-385-6518 for more information.

This is the first day for the Winfield City Wide Yard & Garage Sales. These will continue Saturday, Sept. 17.

The Winfield Presbyterian Church Big Basement Sale will be held Friday, September 16th, from 7am-7pm; Saturday, September 17th, 7am – noon.

The New London Homecoming football game kicks off at 7 pm against English Valleys.  Right before the game at 6:45 the King and Queen will be announced.  The Homecoming Dance is on Saturday night from 8 to 11 pm in Clark gym or outside on the playground if the weather is nice.
