The 22nd annual Fly Buren will be held from 7 am to 10 am at the Keosauqua Municipal Airport. The Keosauqua Lions Club will serve an all you can eat Pancake & Sausage Breakfast. Cost is $8. All pilots are invited to Fly In for a free breakfast. There will be displays, a chance to win a plane ride and cookie decorating. All kids under 12 receive a coupon for a free ice cream cone and a free 12 oz Gatorade.
The Mount Pleasant city compost site is open from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and 1 to 6 pm on Wednesdays. The site is located on Yocum Lane behind Saunders Park.
There is a rummage sale at the Faith Lutheran Church on Mapleleaf Drive in Mount Pleasant from 8 am to noon. There will be household items, clothes, books, knickknacks and a little bit of everything. This is a fundraiser for a local family needing help with medical expenses.

Located just outside of Wayland, this fun and free event is open to anyone who wants to learn about the dairy industry and do hands on activities! The Winfield Presbyterian Church is hosting a program at 7 pm featuring the Mississippi Valley Fellowship of Christian Athletes to which the public is invited. Speakers are the Area Representative, Joshua Helshcher, and Winfield athletes, who will be speaking about the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the FCA organization. The program will be followed by fellowship and dessert.
