Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday. Spring forward one hour when you go to bed tonight.

Enjoy the Hillsboro Taco Time fundraiser from noon to 8 pm at the Hillsboro Fire Department. Tacos, drinks and desserts for a free will donation.  There is also free delivery

The Mount Pleasant Christian School is hosting a Night of Prayer and Worship for our community and nation at the school on East Washington Street at 6:30 pm.

New London VFW hosts a catfish and chicken dinner from 5 to 7:30 pm.  Catfish is $9.50, chicken is $7, all white chicken is $8.  Dinner includes a roll and choice of 2 of the following: french fries, baked beans and coleslaw.
