The third concert in the Burlington Municipal Band’s summer concert series will be conducted by Mt. Pleasant Middle School band director Adam Creager.  The free, family-friendly concert will be at 7:30 PM  at the Crapo Park bandshell.  In case of rain, the concert will move to the James Madison Education Center auditorium at 2132 Madison Avenue.  Adam has chosen some exciting selections that he says involve “flights and destinations” and will appeal to audience members of all ages.  Bring a lawn chair or a blanket or sit on provided benches.

Tuesday, June 28th, at 3:00 PM, Addington Place is hosting a Senior Sip and Paint session. Join Cody Flietner, as he leads his 2nd painting lesson accompanied by wine & other beverages! They will provide the glasses, canvases, and paintbrushes as Cody guides you through the afternoon, stroke-by-stroke.  To make a reservation, please call 319-385-7227.
