The Des Moines County Fair Queen contest will be held at 7 pm on the Southeastern Community College campus in West Burlington.

DOVER SUNDAY will be celebrated at the museum in New London featuring over 20 wedding dresses from 1906 through the 1980’s. The program will include the presentation of newspaper accounts of many of the weddings and a number of photos. There is no admission and the program begins at 1:30.  The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4 p.m.
