The Mount Pleasant Community School District is celebrating Youth Art Month with a display of kindergarten thru 12 grade artwork at the Henry County Court House.  The opening reception is today from noon to 2 pm. After today the display on all three floors of the building can be viewed until April 14 during the Court House regular business hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra presents its second Masterworks Series Concert of their 72nd Season. Performances will held today at 2 pm at the Capital Theater in Burlington and again at 6:30 pm in the Iowa Wesleyan University Chapel Auditorium in Mount Pleasant.  Adult tickets are $20. Children and students thru age 22 are free.
