The Theatre Museum Repertoire Americana is open today, tomorrow, and Saturday from 10am – 4pm (closed 12-12:30pm for lunch)! The museum is dedicated to the preservation of memorabilia and artifacts of early repertoire theatre. The collection includes painted curtains and scenic pieces; costumes and equipment; playbills, show cards, advertising sheets, and so much more!   The museum is located on the Old Threshers grounds at 405 Thresher Road and is open weekly Thursday – Saturday through Labor Day.

The Mt. Pleasant Community Band Summer Concert series begins tonight at 7pm in Mt. Pleasant’s Central Park.  “The Flannel Jammers” will be performing as many of the concert band members are on vacation.  The Community Band Concert series in Mt. Pleasant’s Central Park continues every Thursday through July 10th beginning at 7pm!
