To celebrate Independent Retailer Month, Downtown Mount Pleasant has an Independence Day Pre-Party in Central Park.  Tickets are $5,  Events include Thanks With Franks, games, a beer and wine tasting, an Eventzee Scavenger Hunt from 5 to 7 pm.  There will be a dog parade/costume contest at 6:30 pm.

Mount Pleasant Community Band Concert will be held in Central Park at 7 pm weather permitting.  Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy!
