Main Street Mount Pleasant hosts “Witch Way to Main” from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.  Kids can trick-or-treat at over 40 downtown businesses.  Central Park will also feature fun and games.

WACO National Honor Society hosts a blood drive from 7:30 to 11 am at the WACO Junior High/High School.

Henry County Cattlemen are hosting the Iowa Cattlemen’s District 20 Annual Meeting November 3 at Adam Smith’s Shop, 2077 260th Street. Registration starts at 6 pm and the meal will be served at 6:30 pm. RSVP’s are encouraged by October 29 by calling (563)599-1207.

Donate your gently used winter clothes to help Iowa Wesleyan students this winter.  Gloves, hats, scarves coats and jackets are being accepted thru November 5 in room 113 of the P.E.O. Building on campus or call 319-385-6284 and someone will meet you outside.
