Lockridge Fire and Rescue Blood Drive from 3:30 to 7:30 pm at the Lockridge School.  This is the last blood drive for the year.

The Henry County Soil and Water Conservation District Commissioners hold their monthly meeting at 3:30 pm.  The meeting will be held via conference call.  If you are interested in attending call the office a t319-385-2824, extension 3 for the call in information.

The Mount Pleasant Christian School is serving Tacos from 5 to 6:30 pm at the school on East Washington Street. Dine in or to go. Call 319-385-8613 to order pickup. Soft shell beef or chicken tacos. Fried or not. Walking tacos, chips and homemade salsa also available.

The Mount Pleasant Moose Lodge, at 108 N. Saunders, is serving tacos from 5 to 7 pm.

The Mount Pleasant 5th Grade Band and Elementary Chorus will present a concert at 7 pm at the High School.
