The Mount Pleasant compost site is open on Wednesdays from 1 to 6 pm.  The site is located behind Saunders Park at the west end of Yocum Lane.

The Mount Pleasant Farmers Market will be held from 4 to 6 pm at McMillan Park in the Wright Pavilion.

This is Homecoming Week at Winfield Mt. Union.  There is a parade at 5:45 pm. At 6:30 pm the King and Queen will be crowned in the big gym.  The coronation will be followed by powderpuff volleyball and then the powderpuff football game.

This is Homecoming Week at WACO.  Tonight is Boom Night.  The pep rally starts at 7 pm.  Activities include dance performances, tug of war, Royalty Coronation, Boom Boom volleyball and Powder Puff football.
