The Henry County Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 1:00 PM at the Courthouse in the 2nd floor conference room.  The public is invited to attend.

Tickets go on sale for the Mount Pleasant Community High School Dessert Theater beginning tonite from 6 to 7 pm in the High School music room.  After tonite the tickets will be available at Brown’s Shoe Fit during business hours. Tickets are $10 for a reserved table seat that includes dessert and the show.  Show dates are March 25 and March 26. Tickets may be available at the door if there are any left after pre-sales.

There will be a another Trivia Night at 7 pm in the Iowa Wesleyan Social Hall, located in the Howe Student Activity Center. This event is free to attend. The public is welcome to come either with a team or individually. Free will donations are accepted. All proceeds support the IW Humanities program. March 18 the St. Alphonsus Trivia Night begins with walking tacos served at 6 pm followed by trivia at 7 pm in Manning Hall on South Jackson Street in Mount Pleasant.  Cost is $15 per person and $120 for a table. Call the church office to register at 319-385-8410.
