The Mount Pleasant City compost site is open for the season Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm and Wednesdays from 1 to 6 pm.  The site is located southwest of Saunders Park at the intersection of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive.

The Henry County Historic Preservation Commission will hold its monthly meeting at the Henry County Courthouse at 1:00 PM.  The public is invited to attend.

Baccalaureate for Mt. Pleasant High School seniors will be held at 6:30 pm in the high school gym.  The Awards Assembly will be held after at about 7 pm.
