Prep Volleyball: SEISC Tournament Finals Matchups

West Burlington, IA- The Loren Walker Arena will house the 2026 Southeast Iowa Super Conference (SEISC) tournament finals tomorrow, September 26th, with #3 Holy Trinity Catholic attempting to make it a three-peat but seven other teams are vying for that hardware.

The night will begin with Holy Trinity Catholic facing off against Columbus and Pekin taking on West Burlington with both games starting at 5 pm. Since 2008, the Crusaders are 22-0 against the Wildcats, dropping only one set back in 2009. The Falcons were the last team to win the tournament, beating Holy Trinity Catholic back in 2023.

At 6 pm, Danville will square off against Mediapolis and Wapello will collide with Burlington Notre Dame. Similar to the story above, the Bullettes are a perfect 24-0 against the Bears since 2009 but the last two matches have gone to a tiebreaker set.

Notre Dame last won the SEISC crown back in 2021 on their way to their second consecutive state championship. So far this year, the Nikes are 2-0 with a pair of sweeps against the Arrows; moreover, Wapello fell to Notre Dame in the semifinals last year in the SEISC tournament on their way to a 3rd place finish.
