A road stabilization project is scheduled to get underway today in Henry County.
The Henry County Road Department says work will begin on Hickory Avenue and move south as crews stabilize portions of Hickory Avenue and 245th Street, from 235th Street to the bridge at the County Quarry entrance.
The affected section of 245th Street and Hickory Avenue will be closed to through traffic for two days, and drivers should expect delays.
The project is weather dependent.
