A Martinsburg man wanted on two Washington County warrants has been located in Missouri.
According to the Washington County Communications dispatch report, authorities in Montgomery County, Missouri, located 38-year-old Zachery Ryan Hurley on Wednesday.
Hurley was wanted in Washington County on one warrant for first-offense domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness and a second warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor, accused of causing a minor to engage in an act.
The dispatch report lists no bond on either warrant.
Washington County authorities placed a detainer with Montgomery County, Missouri, and arrangements are expected to be made for Hurley’s future extradition to Iowa.
As a reminder, defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
