Book & Stuff sale at the Montrose Library today 9:00am – 1:00pm at 202 Main Street in Montrose, Iowa!

Day two of the Red Flag Horseless Carriage tour Trenton, Wayland, Washington, Kalona, Riverside, Ainsworth, Havre, Noble.  Brass Era vehicles made before 1928 and their drivers will experience the beauty and hospitality over the three days of touring that are unique to this part of the state.  Tour routes vary each year, and traditionally run between 75 and 100 miles per day.  

Pints in the Park and Chili & Soup Challenge in Downtown Mount Pleasant from 6-7:30. Live music from Whiskey Friends, and Chili Cook Off Competition judged by a panel of judges and the public.

Hometown Pride Louisa County, Inc. is hosting the Louisa County Fine Art Show today through Sunday, October 1st.  Art from area artists will be on display at the Morning Sun Community Center; home of the Lora Rock Gallery, 106 N. Main in Morning Sun.  Free and open to the public!
