Mike DeSpain will present a program about the B-24 Liberator Bomber known as “Rhode Island Red” this afternoon at 1:30pm at the Dover Museum in New London.  A model of this plane is on display at the Dover Museum.  Mike’s father, Glen DeSpain, was a crew member aboard the plane during WWII.  Refreshments will be served following the program.

The Winfield Historical Society is hosting “Iowa Civil War Show & Tell” presented by Michael Huston at 2:00pm at the Veteran’s Building, Winfield, Iowa!  View items and pictures from Henry County!  Free will donation; refreshments served.
