The Hillsboro Fire Department is cooking up a breakfast feast 8:00am – noon (or until it’s all gone!) at the fire station, 105 East Commercial Street, Hillsboro!  They are serving eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, hash browns, gravy & coffee, OJ, & milk!  Eat, tour the fire station, and have fun supporting the Hillsboro Fire Department-free will donation!

Join the Swedesburg Churchmen of Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church for a Pancake breakfast at the Parish Hall, 201 Academy Avenue from 7:00am – 9:30am.  Pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice & coffee are on the menu and your free will offering will support local efforts to alleviate world hunger through “Growing HOPE Globally”.

The Southeast Iowa Band will present their annual fall concert November Posies  at 6:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Burlington, Iowa. This beautifully renovated historic church is located in downtown Burlington at 421 Washington Street. The Southeast Iowa Band is a 55-member ensemble comprised of talented musicians and music educators from across the region. This concert is free and open to the public.
