Join in a Marine Corps Birthday Celebration! It is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm at the VFW in Mt. Pleasant, 103 S. Jackson Street!  The cutting of the cake is scheduled for 5:30pm and the VFW Hall will be serving the normal Friday menu!

The City Of Mt. Pleasant’s FREE LEAF COLLECTION begins next week, November 13-17.  All leaves must be bagged, separated from bags of trash and placed at the curb on your designated trash day.  This collection is open to all residents, so if your trash is picked up by a service other than the City, should call City Hall at 319-385-1470.

Fairfield Area Community Theatre Presents “The Thanksgiving Play” at 7:00pm at the Walton Club, 2265 Walton Lake Road, Fairfield.  Tickets for this Dessert Show are $20 and available at Adela’s or at the door!  There are shows tomorrow night at 7:00pm and on Sunday at 2:30pm.
