The Des Moines County Conservation is hosting an exciting event in honor of National Hot Cocoa Day at Starr’s Cave Nature Center starting at 3pm. Picture a perfect afternoon, sipping on rich hot cocoa by a crackling fire.  This event is free of charge, requires no registration, and extends a warm welcome to everyone in the community. Embrace the spirit of the season with us as we gather to celebrate the simple pleasures of warmth, friendship, and the delicious comfort of hot cocoa.

Mt.
