City Wide Garage Sales in New London this weekend!

The Dover Museum is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 pm. Admission is free, donations are appreciated. Children 5th grade and younger need to be accompanied by an adult. May’s featured display is generational wedding dresses.

The New London Fire and Rescue department is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner at the Fire Station, 101 West Main in New London.  The dinner is from 3:00pm – 7:00pm.  Free Will Donation!

The Lee County Conservation Department is hosting the Pheasants Forever Youth Fishing Derby!  The Derby begins at 9:00am at Heron Bend Fishing Area!

Parkview Home in Wayland will be holding a Pancake Breakfast fundraiser at the Fire Station in Wayland from 7 am to 10 am. The fundraiser will provide financial aid for Crystal Chunn, a long-term Certified Nurse Aide at Parkview Home, as she is currently fighting her second round of breast cancer with surgery, corrective surgery, and treatment. In addition, an account has been set up at Wayland State Bank in Wayland for Crystal that donations can be dropped off to.
