Join the Hillsboro Christian Church for their annual Fall Luncheon!  The luncheon starts at 12pm at the Hillsboro City hall.  This is a free will donation meal with all proceeds going toward the Veterans Freedom Center in Dubuque!  Enjoy a performance by the Happy Memories choral group!

The Danville Community Thanksgiving Service will be held at Long Creek United Methodist Church at 6:30pm.  Pastor Steven Parker will deliver the message.  Donations of canned meat, cheese or meat soup for the Danville Food Pantry will be collected.  The 5 area Danville churches invite everyone to join in this community worship!

Escape the Nature Center night planned at the Oakland Mills Natural History Museum!  Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays through the month of  November, get locked in the Nature Center and solve clues to escape within an hour!  Up to 8 people per team, recommended for ages 7 and older.  All proceeds go to the live animal fund.  Preregister at mycountyparks.com by 5pm on the day you wish to attend.  Sunday time slots are 11a-12p, 1p-2p, 3p-4p.  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
