The Mt. Pleasant Community School District Music Department presents the High School Choral & Band Concert at 2:00pm at the Chapel Auditorium, 601 N. Main Street.  The Concert & Symphonic Bands, the Panther Brass Quintet, and the Choirs will be performing!  Enjoy some caroling with the students, too!

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Live Animal Christmas Show in Washington, Iowa at the Marion Avenue Baptist Church, 215 S. Marion Avenue!  The Live Animal Christmas Show is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind theatrical production!  There are two showings today at 10:30am & 5:30pm.  Group Showings by Reservation only, at 2:00pm.  All performances are free and doors open one hour before the show.

New London Public Library gift wrapping today!! Let us wrap your gifts for you from 1:00pm – 5:00pm in the library basement. The gift wrap clinic is trying to raise extra money for wish list items for the library. So if you don’t like wrapping or don’t have time to wrap or just plain don’t want to do it, we can do it for you!  The fee is $2 per gift – checks/cash only. Additional donations are welcome!
