The Mt. Pleasant Christian School, 1505 E. Washington Street is serving Tacos from 5:00pm – 6:30pm and every Tuesday through May!  Stop by the Christian School for a delicious Taco Dinner! Thanks to our community for supporting the school!

The Oakland Mills Nature Center features an At the Park adventure from 5:30pm – 7:00pm!  “Raptors in Flight” features hawks and owls, some of the most majestic of Iowa’s birds!  Meet some of the birds at the Nature Center, 2593 Nature Center Drive in Mt. Pleasant.  Live education will be held outdoors for part of the time, pre-registration is appreciated, but not required.

Operation Hope Medical Missions is a non-profit organization of local Southeast Iowa residents that go to Honduras to perform surgeries for low income families.
